Season Schedule

A season is built
in phases.

Meridian trains in defined sessions rather than one continuous grind. Each has a job, each builds on the one before it, and together they carry an athlete from rebuilding technique to competing at her best.

Between sessions. The 2025–26 season closed at Junior Olympics in July. Our 16U and 18U athletes are with their high school programs this fall while we plan the 14U fall session — dates will be posted as they are confirmed.

How the sessions work

Nobody is supposed to peak
in January.

Winter rebuilds technical precision and training rhythm. Spring turns that foundation into applied, game-driven work. Summer is the expression phase — competition, travel, and playing against styles you can't simulate in practice. Fall brings new athletes into the standard.

Workload, intensity, and focus change deliberately across those phases. That's what makes a year-round model different from year-round practice: an athlete isn't doing the same thing in February that she'll do in July, and neither is her body.

Training every month isn't a plan. Knowing what each month is for — that's a plan.

Fall Session

14U only · dates to be confirmed

Fall brings new athletes into the standard. For a first-year 14U, this is where the habits start: showing up prepared, taking coaching, and learning what a Meridian session asks of her. Our 16U and 18U athletes are with their high school programs during this window.
