Our season is organized in defined sessions that align training, competition, and team culture. We're intentional about workload, development phases, and connection across the program — ensuring athletes train with purpose and grow together.

Meridian Session Dates

  • Winter Session: Jan 5 – Feb 1
  • Spring Session: Feb 3 – May 3
  • Summer Session: May 5 – Jul 21

Our training calendar is structured across Winter, Spring, and Summer to support consistent skill development and competitive progression. Each session builds on the last, helping athletes grow technically, tactically, and in their understanding of the game.

Winter Training

Winter is a transitional period where athletes rebuild technical precision, body control, and training rhythm after the fall season. This phase sharpens foundational skills and stabilizes the physical base needed for progression in the spring and summer.

  • Tues – Thurs: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The emphasis is on positional skill development, core strength and flexibility, efficient movement patterns, and reinforcing habits that support consistent performance.

Spring Training

Spring shifts the foundation built in winter into applied, game-driven training. Athletes learn to recognize advantages, manage tempo, and make decisions with clarity under controlled pressure.

  • Tues – Thurs: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The emphasis is on connecting individual skill to team systems, increasing training pace, and growing game intelligence and tactical awareness.

Spring Calendar

Summer Training

Summer is the expression phase. The work from winter and spring is reinforced through competition, travel, and playing against diverse styles and levels of physicality.

  • Tues – Thurs: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The emphasis is on team chemistry, composure under pressure, communication patterns, and competitive confidence.
