Registration

Four simple steps.
Everything else happens in the water.

These four steps complete the administrative side of joining Meridian. They include both Meridian and USA Water Polo requirements, and should be completed before your athlete's first practice.

Getting started

What registration
actually involves.

Registration begins the process. Team placement is determined by readiness and where an athlete will continue to grow.

  1. 01

    Review the club policies

Athletes and families agree to Meridian's Code of Conduct alongside USA Water Polo's conduct and safety policies. Read them before you sign — they're short, and they describe what we'll actually hold your athlete to.

  2. 02

    Join USA Water Polo

A Gold Membership is mandatory and carries the insurance coverage every athlete needs before stepping on deck. This one has to be complete before the first practice — no exceptions.

  3. 03

    Register with Meridian

Complete Meridian registration and the required club forms. Registration is required before participation and helps us prepare for the season.

  4. 04

    Download TeamSnap

Schedules, invoices, and team communication all run through TeamSnap. Accept your invitation after registering, add family members to the athlete's profile, and turn on notifications so you catch changes in real time.

Stuck on any of it?
Just ask.

Registration paperwork is nobody's favorite part of joining a club. If a form won't submit, a membership won't process, or you're not sure which group your athlete belongs in, send us a note and a Club Director will walk you through it.

Welcome to Meridian

The forms take a few minutes.
The standard starts at the first practice.

Finish the four steps and your athlete will be ready to begin training with a club that expects a great deal of her — and provides the structure to help her meet that standard.
