Why it matters
The program you want
is the one you help build.
Independence is what lets Meridian set its own standards — and it means the work of running a club lands on the club. Tables get staffed, meals get organized, photos get taken, and sponsorships get found because someone volunteered to do it.
None of it requires water polo expertise. It requires showing up on a Saturday, or making one introduction, or bringing a skill you already use somewhere else. The athletes notice which adults are present, and that turns out to matter more than any single job on the list.
A club nobody volunteers for isn't a club. It's a service you buy.
