Step 03 · Club Registration
This enrolls your athlete with Meridian and gives us what we need before her first practice — athlete details, USA Water Polo membership, a parent contact, and your acknowledgement of club policy.
Have your USA Water Polo number ready. Membership is step two and is required before your athlete can train. If she isn't a member yet, complete that first and come back — the rest of this form takes a few minutes.
What happens next
You'll hear back within two business days with next steps for your athlete's group. Registration begins the process — placement is determined by readiness and where an athlete will continue to grow.
