Meridian Water Polo Club
Coaching at
Meridian
A system designed to develop athletes to their highest level of performance.
Elite development requires more than instruction. It requires structure, clarity, and coaches who are deeply invested in the long-term growth of the athletes they lead.
At Meridian Water Polo Club, coaching is intentional and collaborative. Our staff operates from a shared framework built on precise technical teaching, clear expectations, and a commitment to developing complete competitors — physically, mentally, and tactically. Every training environment reflects the same standard of preparation, discipline, and accountability.
Meridian's coaching staff is the foundation of everything we build. Coaches invest in athletes not only as performers, but as people — holding high standards while modeling the discipline and mindset required to compete at the highest levels.
Our staff brings experience across competitive pathways, from club competition through collegiate preparation, united by a shared commitment to athlete-centered development. Coaches work together intentionally, building on each other's strengths and maintaining a consistent language and approach across all training groups.
We believe technical mastery and competitive mindset develop together. Athletes are taught to think, adapt, and lead within the structure of the game. The coaches who guide that process are deliberate, experienced, and committed to doing it right.
This is Meridian — where the standard is set, carried, and reinforced every day.
Three Areas. One Standard.
